Bewdley Floral Art Clubs Three Day Event at the Rose Theatre, Kidderminster June 2011

Our 19th year at the Rose Theatre, Kidderminster saw yet again another spectacular show of floral skills and artistry from Andrew Lloyd and Joan Southerton. Supported by the clubs committee and members they once again entertained the audiences at the Rose for three evenings. Andrew & Joan created fantastic displays on stage which were greeted with much approval. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the superb Irish dancing by Megan Ince who supported Andrew's Emerald Isle display. We were delighted to give each of our chosen charities £500 each. They were The Midlands Air Ambulance, The Severn Freewheelers, Home Start, The Wyre Forest Talking Newspaper and the Bewdley Youth Café. Yes, £2500.00 a great total for us to achieve. Thanks to everyone who supported us and we look forward to next year and our 20th production!

The Rose Theatre, If Only... a Floral Wish with Andrew Lloyd, Rita Cartwright and Joan Southerton.
Our 17th annual charity event took place at The Rose Theatre, Kidderminster at the end of June. ‘If Only… A Floral Wish’ was once again a tremendous success, enabling us to give £3000.00 to our chosen charities.
Andrew Lloyd, Rita Cartwright and Joan Southerton delighted their audiences with their skills and floral displays.
As ever their supporting cast also managed to help create a wonderful three day extravaganza.
Golden Fanfare Week
Many complimentary comments were received about the seven golden arrangements on display in Bewdley during NAFAS's Golden Fanfare Week at the end of January.
